Louisiana Dance Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to offer educational and performance opportunities to area dancers; professional performances to local audiences; and support to other arts organizations.

Louisiana Dance Theatre is the resident company and an Honor Company of Regional Dance America/SW and 2004 Regional Dance America/SW Stream Award Recipient. As Shreveport's first, and only, regional ballet company, LDT is proud of its 15-year membership in Regional Dance America and of 24 years of local, national, and international performances.
